Have you ever done something for someone that you know How Slamming, Freaking amazing the gift is they will never appreciate it? Well that is so how I feel today. Today is my Mom's* birthday. Since I have been unemployeed this past year I decided to use my talents and started to make stuff to bring in some extra money. From sitting nearly every bloody Saturday from July-October at the Farmer's Market Selling Crochted stuff to starting my own Cupcake & Cake Business**. It never seems to be enough for her.
Saturday my grandmother asked me to make my mom's birthday cake. I could seriously just scream. I am making this cake bc 1 i dont have money to buy her a gift but 2 bc my Gma asked me to. I'm gonna give this cake the exact time & OCD that i do to all of my cakes. I'm sure she will scrape the buttercream off like she did at Brendon's birthday or comment about the flavor.. Whatever. I'll let you know.
*She is my Stepmom, They have been Married since I was 4 started calling her mom at age 10.
